Exhibit at a City Farmhouse Pop-Up Fair


The City Farmhouse Pop-up Fairs have been named one of the top five events to attend in October by Southern Living, the #1 October event to attend in Tennessee by Garden & Gun, and the #1 Flea /Antique Show by Romantic Country for 2015 & 2016. The Fair was featured in Parade Magazine in November 2015, and in Country Living 2017.

It is our goal to provide our amazing guests of the show an awesome lineup of cream-of-the-crop vendors -- those who bring the best in quality goods, and display those goods in an aesthetically pleasing manner.  Attention to detail is a must. For this reason, this year we are accepting 45 vendors for the October 2018 Fair, and 70 vendors for the November 2018 Holiday Market. We are accepting applications for vintage and antique vendors for the October Pop Up Fair (new items, if exhibited with vintage & antiques, must be limited to 10% new), one art vendor, three jewelry vendors, and one clothing and/or bag vendor (jewelry must be handcrafted). Booth availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Holiday Market guidelines allow more jewelry, art, clothing, and gifts.

The October Fair will be located in Jamison Hall, on the Court Yard Lawn, and the Group Tent on the paved lot. The November Holiday Market will be located in Jamison Hall and Liberty Hall.
