Y'all - I can't wait to meet them!! I've been going to the City Farmhouse Pop Up Fair for the last few years and I can tell you from experience it is worth every bit of the 3+ hour drive from Illinois. Some of my favorite vintage pieces have been found at this event. In today's post, I wanted to highlight a few of the vendors who will be attending this year and share shopping tips from some seasoned fairgoers.

Here's some featured vendors and more about their offerings in their own words.

Rose and Grace Market, Florida

Rose and Grace Market, Florida

The Rose and Grace Market is just a mom and daughter duo and we love mixing and matching a few different styles from modern to shabby chic, but the French farmhouse feel is probably our absolute favorite because we just love the mix romance and charm with clean lines and fresh colors!

The Gray Door Market

The Gray Door Market

The Gray Door Market was established in 2016 as a two part business. The main portion of The Gray Door Market is our storefront location in Winston-Salem, NC in addition to our “traveling roadshow” in which we like to call it, as we set up at various pop-up markets throughout the Eastern US selling our found antique and vintage wares. The other (equally important) portion of The Gray Door Market consists of our well known annual pop-up show, which has lovingly been labeled as North Carolina’s Premier Antique + Vintage Home Decor Show. Our pop-up market gathers approximately 50-60 premier vendors from multiple states to make quite a memorable show! Needless to say, we stay quite busy with all of these avenues.
Our style is always a tough one for me to describe. I do not follow any particular style “guidelines” while I’m out on the hunt. I simply buy what I love and the goods that I would envision in my own home and that almost always includes industrial, primitive, modern, farmhouse, cottage….all of it and more. When you visit my space, I hope you can feel that collaboration and appreciate the balance of styles. Mingling all of these well worn and loved goods together creates an inspiring place for me in my home, and I hope to help bring that into yours.
We have such a great collection of items set aside for the City Farmhouse June Pop-Up Market! Just wait until you see our 8 ft. long pharmacy cabinet with TWENTY drawers. It’s just absolutely incredible. We will also have our custom pillow collection, architectural salvage, loads of chippy painted furniture as well as lots of new framed prints for your walls! We can’t wait to see you all there! Find us in the same spot as last year, in Jamison Hall!

After learning more about a few of the vendors and their offerings, I'm sure you've marked your calendars (June 14-16) so now I would like to share some shopping tips from some seasoned fairgoers.

Maison De Mings

Jennifer (@downshilohroad on Instagram) shares: "My best advice is to spend the money to get the early bird tickets because it's totally worth it!! Highly sought-after items go quickly in Nashville so when you get there and you see something you want...get it!!! Trust your gut and pay for it...just have them mark it sold!!! You don't have to carry it around to go ahead and buy it."

Kim at City Farmhouse

Ashlee (@thesassybarn on Instagram) shares: "My favorite thing about the City Farmhouse Pop Up is the unique vendors and the booth set ups. I am always excited to see the handmade items or pieces that are curated for the event. My advice to new shoppers is to definitely know what you're looking for or you'll end up with a handful of pieces...I always get myself into trouble with the amazing pieces I find. Also, get to know the vendors, whether it be from Instagram or talking to them in person. Each vendor brings their own style that is unique and I myself have a few that become my favorites to shop with."
