Fall Popup Fair
After a 5 year hiatus, the legendary City Farmhouse Fall Pop-up Fair, is BACK at the beautiful new open-air venue at Bicentennial Park in Downtown Franklin, Tennessee! The popular event known for its curated vendors featuring creatively styled booths, is a two-day fall extravaganza showcasing the talents of 40 + vintage, antique, and artisan vendors both local and across the U.S. The Fair was named one of the top five events to attend by Southern Living, a top event to attend in Tennessee by Garden & Gun + Country Living says "It's Worth the Trip!".
Set against the backdrop of a lush forest of trees within the downtown park, (one block from Downtown’s Main Street), the venue was once home to the Georgia Boot Factory. Joining the vendors, the Fair hosts food trucks and live music, making for an “All the Fall Feels Experience” in one of America’s favorite small towns.

Eli Winder
Born and raised in the heartland of North Carolina and only accessing music via terrestrial radio until his teens, Eli Winders’ musical exploration truly began when he received a phone for his 16th birthday – a gift that opened the door to streaming music for the first time. His first breakthrough arrived when he began sharing his original music on TikTok, quickly gaining an enthusiastic following, allowing him to quit his job in a North Carolina feed mill and move to Nashville. Signing with Big Loud (a label who recognizes big star power, think Morgan Wallen). Winders released his debut EP "From Pikeville" featuring songs "Carolina Blue", "Pack My Hometown", and "Famous for a Heartache (feat. Vincent Mason)".
